We do not invest in companies. We invest in inevitabilities.
The technological singularity is not a distant appointment. It is a process already running: the fusion of exponential compute, energy, robotics, biology and mind. Past a certain threshold, ordinary forecasting of industries and institutions degrades. The last large, legible investment a family can make is to own the builders of that threshold.
House Davis therefore buys claims on inevitabilities, holds them across the transition, and lets time, tax law and compounding do the rest. We invest as business co-owners, understanding and believing in every facet of our held companies.
Through extremely high-conviction, we concentrate rather than diversify, unfazed by near-to-mid term market weather, anchored in a long-term optimistic future of amazing abundance and capability.

Who is the type of CEO we hire? Elon Musk has repeatedly seen a future state and forced physical industry to match it: reusable orbital launch, a global constellation, mass electric vehicles and storage, gigawatt-scale training and a program for non-terrestrial compute. SpaceX and Tesla are two halves of one vertically integrated stack, and the core of the House is built around owning both.

House Davis is the family office. Ultraevum is where the House builds: a public-facing conglomerate for startup concepts, products, services and software across the ten lines. Ultraevum LLC is a separate entity, wholly owned and controlled by the Founder as an instrument of House Davis.

AI has been a working member of the House for years and will continue ad infinitum. The next step is Thaumaturge, a private AI lab that runs local models on House-owned hardware, for vertical integration and independence from rented intelligence. Early planning phase, paced by the development of open models and the hardware to run them.

Founder & CEO, House Davis
House Davis is a lineage vehicle. It exists to place the Davis line, by deliberate construction, on the owner side of the transition: a family and family office set up for the middle of the twenty-first century, providing for the Founder's three sons and their issue across generations. The sons are children today. The horizon is theirs.
We are a startup family office. Through intelligence, savviness and long vision we intend to build something important. We work with innovative industry, and we are just getting started.
